We book by appointment only
Payment for the exam is required when scheduling
Must have license number/ permit number when booking
Required Documents
Valid state issued permit
Any form of identification
Valid proof of car insurance
Valid car registration
Under 18 MUST also have:
Completed Segment two form
Driver’s log (paper or electronic)
Parent or legal guardian
Need a Car?
Rental car available for $25/per exam
Rental car must be requested when scheduling your appointment to guarantee its availability for the exam
